Refund, Replacement and Cancellation

We aim to provide the maximum information about any of our items in terms of accurate photographs and measurements at all times.

However, we do accept that there will be the occasions where the client finds, on delivery, that the item isn't quite what they anticipated. In this rare instance the customer is within their rights to send the item back to us (at their own cost) within 14 days for a full refund - provided the item is still in the condition in which it was supplied.

We are pleased to accept individual, unique commissions.

Discussions (in this context) are conducted by email, and are detailed and often lengthy between both parties (you and us).

We require a 50% deposit for commissions, negotiated between you and us in the initial process, with the balance on completion.

Commissioned goods are despatched upon payment in full.

Because commissioned goods are to the personal specification of the client, and therefore unlikely to be of use to anyone else, these are non returnable unless there is an unexpected error or defect in either their material content or crafting.

However, we do appreciate that (on rare occasions) the personal circumstances of a client may change during the time of commissioning an item. We are sympathetic to this, and will always be prepared to negotiate a good outcome for both you and us.
